With two already released EP's and a third one on its way things are looking up for this newlywed singer-songwriter. Bart van Dalen is the man behind Postcards From Mars. It all started in 2011 when he wrote his first song on a late afternoon out on the meadow. In 2014 he released his first EP, with a plan to release three more that year. One for every season. One/Four and Two/Four have surfaced, Three/Four is on its way. The perfect companion for autumn. Small songs about big subjects like love and progressing through life, looking for who you are, who you want to be. He already performed at various stages throughout the Netherlands and is accompanied on stage by his band with Dirkjan on bass and Willem on drums. After his honeymoon he will continue with his live shows, set in the month of November.
The video was shot in Conceptstore Alchemie, founded by Lindy van Dorst and Esther Wennekes. Located in Hoog Catharijne, it serves as a cultural hotspot for performing arts as well as a store for vintage clothing and self-made filter coffee. When the lights go down at night the store transforms into a place to eat vegetarian meals.
